Send the item back using a trackable logistics service
Returned items without prior contacting us may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
